All orders are shipped from within Australia. Orders placed before 11am will be dispatched the same day.

Standard Australia Post delivery times apply – When the Express Post option has been selected your order will normally arrive within 1-2 days.

Return Policy

Please contact us for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number before returning any merchandise for any reason. Tens Machines Australia is not responsible for any merchandise returned without an RMA number. Returned merchandise will be inspected and may be subject to a restocking fee. Absolutely no returns on web products, unless the item was received in a damaged condition and an RMA number is requested within 4 days of receipt of the shipment. On all other returns, an RMA must be requested within 15 days of the invoice date. Adult Signature Required on Deliveries. Due to liability reasons, Tens Machines Australia can only accept orders from adults. When an adult is making a purchase for a minor, it is the adult’s responsibility to determine that adequate education and supervision will be provided. Proof of age may be required.

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours, in stock items usually ship by the next business day. International deliveries may incur extra delivery charges and are shipped via International Cargo Express or Australia Post.
